Resin Bond Diamond (RBD) series have either multi-nano-crystalline or monocrystalline. Those crystals are widely used for manufacturing resin bond diamond grinding wheel. Multicrystalline diamond grain is composed of subcrystals with mosaic structure that provides the grain with irregular shapes and tortuous surface. All these lay the foundation for tool makers to produce the wheels delivering high efficiency, long lifetime and perfect surface performance.

RBD-1 Medium tough and micro-friable multi-nano-crystal, irregular shape, dark green color, perfect self sharpen ability. It is ideal choice for demanding high grinding rates and long life. This product is primarily used in resin bond tools, besides, may be used to satisfy the needs of a general purpose abrasive in other bond systems.
RBD-2 Excellent friable multi-nano-crystal, lower toughness than RBD-1, light gray colour. Provides self sharpening, best selection for those applications require high free cutting and high surface finish. It is available in the full range of metal claddings for use in resin bond tools.
RBD-3 Very tough multicrystal, with blocky shape, light green colour. Good choice for the application demanding high production rates and long tool life.
RBD-4 Monocrystalline with high toughness crystal with irregular shape, yellow green color. The crystal provides sharp cutting edges, balanced strength and toughness. This products is recommended for grinding tungsten carbide, gem stone
RBD-N Nickel based coated on RBD series products, coating level at different proportion made by newly developed technology. This product is widely used in phenolic resin bond systems to enhance the mechanical retention of the diamond and improve grinding wheel life and surface finish.
RBD N stands for coating level at 56% of RBD Series.
RBD N30 stands for coating level at 30% of RBD Series.
RBD-Cu RBD multicrystal series with 50% Copper based coating. The products are produced using up to date coating technology and offer balanced toughness and friability with strong bonded and highly conductive copper based coating. They are recommended for dry grinding applications where heat is concerned.
